When using blood in emergencies, under the leadership of the blood center, we could build a blood information management platform. According to the number of seriously injured patients ,their blood type, quantities of blood they need, emergency or normal blood transfusion as long as the location of the treatment site. Furthermore, find out the amount of blood store in local blood centers and aid agencies. So that ,we can alocate and distribute blood. Supplying blood to patients in emergency will make sure that the patients can receive proper blood treatment in time.
