Objective: To design the medical information system of medical ethics and to establish the medical archives of medical ethics, so as to realize the information management of medical ethics examination. Methods: Java system, SOA theory system for system construction, MYSQL as a development database, based on the establishment of B/S model of medical ethics quantitative assessment analysis management system. Results: The system was successfully applied to the actual work of the hospital, for the hospital in the tertiary hospital evaluation of medical ethics special inspection work to provide data support. Conclusion: The system promotes the standardization and standardization of hospital medical ethics management, improves the management efficiency, and satisfies the management requirements of functional departments, and is worth popularizing.%目的:设计医德医风信息系统,建立医护人员医德医风电子档案,以实现医德医风考核的信息化管理.方法:采用Java技术、SOA理论体系进行系统构建,MYSQL作为开发数据库,建立基于B/S模式的医德医风量化考核分析管理系统.结果:该系统成功应用到医院的实际工作中,为医院在三级医院评审医德医风专项检查工作提供数据支持.结论:该系统促进了医院医德医风管理标准化、规范化,提高了管理效率,更好的满足了职能科室的管理需求,值得大力推广.
