Objective: To reduce the workload of manual temperature acquisition, improve the accuracy of body temperature measurement, to achieve continuous observation of the patient's body temperature with automatic alerts. Methods: Design a new type of wireless body temperature monitoring system based on the active RFID technology, which is used to report the body temperature data periodically. Results: Nurses can visually check the temperature of the hospitalized patients through the large screen at the nursing station, which highlights the patients with abnormal body temperature. Conclusion: The wireless body temperature monitoring system has greatly improved the accuracy and continuity of the body temperature collection and proven itself to have the great significance in improving the quality of nursing and reduce the workload of nursing staff.%目的:减轻目前护士手工体温采集的工作量,提高体温测量的准确性,实现对住院病人体温的连续观测,并自动提示报警.方法:设计一种基于物联网的新型无线体温监测系统,通过给每个病人佩戴一个体温采集标签,标签周期性地上报体温数据.结果:护士可以通过护士站大屏直观地查看住院病人的体温,温度异常者有提示告警.结论:无线体温采集系统大大减轻了护理工作量,提高体温采集的准确性和连续性,提高护理质量,值得进一步探索和推广.
