规则库管理系统的实现与应用

摘要

目的:整合原本分散存在于各系统的规则管理,方便医院管理人员对医院规则的管控,提高医院整体管理水平.方法:采用WebService作为系统的接口集成方式,减弱了业务逻辑接口和数据接口之间的耦合,更好地实现接口模块与应用模块间的分离.结果:将应用服务和规则控制进行有机结合,提高了对各种代码、接口、规则等的分类整理的效率,既方便重要接口的管理,也防止了规则的不明确.结论:规则库管理系统有效地规范现有的管理思路,为医院机构信息化管理提供了示范效应.%Objective: Integration of the original decentralized management rules exist in the various systems to facilitate hospital managers to control the hospital rules, improve the overall management of the hospital. Methods: WebService is used as the interface integration mode of the system, which reduces the coupling between the business logic interface and data interface, and realizes the separation between the interface module and the application module. Results: The application service and the rule control are organically combined, which improves the efficiency of the classification of various codes, interfaces, rules, etc., not only facilitates the management of important interfaces, but also to prevent the rules is not clear. Conclusion: The rules management system can effectively regulate the existing management ideas, and provide the demonstration effect for the hospital information management.
