基于PACS-HIS资源的多层次医学影像学教学及评信数据库的建立及应用

         

摘要

Objective:Through the establishment of PACS-HIS based multi-level medical imaging teaching and evaluation database to explore how efficient use of PACS-HIS resources to improve clinical teaching and assessment.Methods:Based on the PACS-HIS system,collect clinical and pathological confirmed imaging cases (X-ray,CT,MRI,SPECT,PET / CT,ultrasound),establish the database according to the classification of diseases and randomly select for teaching and assessment.The interns and residents were randomly divided into the experimental group and the traditional multimedia teaching control group.The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results:The sense of learning value,teaching enthusiasm and clear organization,group interaction,breadth of knowledge,teaching management and clinical analysis of assessment score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05),the students are fond of this teaching method,and give a high evaluation.Conclusion:The establishment of PACS-HIS based multi-level medical imaging teaching and evaluating database,provide multi-level information,without the need to develop a new system,and is easy to control,make the imaging teaching and assessment work more close to real clinical situation,fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and obviously improve teaching effect and teaching quality.%目的:通过建立基于PACS-HIS资源的多层次医学影像学教学及评估数据库,探索如何高效使用PACS-HIS资源提高临床教学及评估工作.方法:基于PACS-HIS系统,搜集临床及病理确诊病例的典型完整影像学资料(X线,CT,MRI,SPECT,PET/CT,超声),按病种分类以影像号建立数据库,随机抽取用于教学及评估.将实习生及住培医师随机分为采用数据库教学实验组、传统多媒体教学对照组,采用考核及问卷调查方式,评估教学效果.结果:实验组学习价值感、教学热情与组织清晰性、群体互动、知识宽度、教学管理及临床分析能力考核评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并对该教学方式有较高评价.结论:基于PACS-HIS资源的多层次医学影像学教学及评估数据库的建立,可提供多层次信息,无需开发新系统,便于操控,使影像教学及评估工作更贴近于临床真实状况,可充分调动学生的积极性,显著提高教学效果和教学质量.
