Objective:To discuss the value of regional medical consortium PACS in community hospitals.Methods:Upgrading the digital imaging equipment with advanced DR imaging acquisition system and PACS system with powerful digital transmission function.By integrating and optimizing the PACS system with advanced technologies,including the international standardized DICOM 3.0 and intemet platform,a medical information sharing platform that integrated medical imaging,diagnosis and treatment for our regional medical consortium was established.Results:Regional medical consortium PACS in community hospitals is feasible.Conclusion:The regional medical consortium PACS can solve the problems of lacking radiologist and improvement-needed medical skill of diagnosed radiologists in the community hospitals.The system will have important influence in the training and remote cooperation/consultation of medical imaging.%目的:探讨医疗联合体区域PACS在社区卫生服务中心放射科中的作用.方法:放射影像设备的数字化更新,建立数字影像采集系统DICOM和图像存储及传输系统PACS.通过关键技术整合,使用DICOM 3.0接口,利用网络平台与医疗联合体的二级医院实现影像远程会诊及医疗一体化.结果:医疗联合体区域PACS在社区卫生服务中心是切实可行的.结论:医联体区域PACS系统即可解决基层医院影像诊断医生缺乏,又可弥补基层诊断医生经验不足而限制医疗水平发展的问题,在影像教学和远程会诊方面也起到重要作用.
