目的:推进健康中国建设,促进智慧医疗技术更好地服务于广大人民.方法:广泛查阅文献,归纳当前智慧医疗建设发展中所存在的问题,结合德尔斐法提出相关建议.结果:我国智慧医疗建设存在缺乏政府立法和宏观指导、标准和规范建立滞后、信息安全、隐私保护建设等问题.结论:出台相关法规政策,加强顶层设计、多主体融合推进、高度重视信息安全建设、加快核心技术研发及产业化.%Objective:To promote healthy China construction and promote the wisdom medical technology to serve people better.Methods:Extensive access to literature to sum up the current problems in the development of the wisdom medical,and combined with the Delphi law to make recommendations.Pesults:There is a lack of government legislation and macroscopic guidance,standards and norms to establish lag,information security,privacy protection and so on.Conclusion:The introduction of relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the top design,multi-subject integration to promote,attach great importance to information security,speed up the core technology research and development and industrialization.
