Objective:To analyze the correspondence between the TCM clinical terminology system and the top level ontology,Provide a reference way for TCM ontology integrate with other ontology.Methods:Compared classification framework of TCMCTS with SNOMED CT,SUMO and BFO,put concept from TCMCTS into the classification framework of SUMO and BFO.Results:78％ classes fit the framework of SUMO,72％ classes fit the framework of BFO.Conclusion:TCMCTS coordinate with SNOMED CT,and most of the concept from TCMCTS can fit the framework of SUMO and BFO.%目的:分析中医临床术语系统与顶层本体的对应情况,为中医领域不同本体之间的融合提供借鉴与参考.方法:TCMCTS的顶层分类与SNOMED CT、SUMO、BFO进行比较,尝试将TCMCTS一级分类放入SUMO、BFO的分类框架.结果:TCMCTS一级分类78％可放入SUMO框架,72％可放入BFO框架.结论:TCMCTS与SNOMED CT协调性好可配合使用;大多数顶层类能符合顶层本体SUMO和BFO的分类框架.
