目的:通过移动护理信息系统的实施,优化护理工作流程,进一步改善护理服务,提高护理工作效率和质量,提升护理安全性.方法:依托医院信息系统(HIS)和电子病历系统(EMR),借助二维码、手腕带、扫描枪、无线网络,开发基于Android的移动护理信息系统.结果:将临床护理服务工作延伸到病床边,通过无纸化、数字化、智能化服务,减少了护理差错,保证了病区医嘱执行、护理文书工作、护理质控管理,提高了护理工作效率、质量和安全性.结论:应用移动护理信息系统,不仅能有效保证"三查七对"的护理文书日常工作质量和效率,更能大大提高医院护理管理水平和提升医院护理患者满意度,进一步改善医院形象.%Objective: Through the implementation of mobile nursing information system, optimize the nursing process, further improve the nursing service, improve the efficiency and quality of nursing work, and improve the safety of nursing.
