目的:为了加强乌海市妇幼保健工作的系统性、准确性和及时性,规范工作中的各个流程及标准.方法:乌海市从2013年开始建设"乌海市基本医疗机构统一平台",联通各相关机构实施电子化记录各个业务开展情况.结果:完成各级助产机构、全市各地市妇幼保健机构以及与基层医疗卫生信息系统、公共卫生信息系统等的业务数据采集、交换和共享.结论:实现了乌海市妇幼保健工作的统一管理、信息共享,实现了不同系统、不同机构间的妇幼业务联动,为妇幼保健工作提供了强有力的信息化支持.%Objective: To strengthen the systemicness, accuracy and timeliness of maternal and child health care work in Wuhai, standardize the processes and standards in the work. Methods: From 2013, Wuhai began to build a unified platform for basic medical institutions. The relevant departments of China Unicom carried out electronic records and recorded the development of various businesses. Results: The data collection, exchange and sharing were completed among the midwifery organizations at all levels, the maternal and child health care institutions throughout the city as well as the primary medical and health information system in Wuhai and the public health information system in Wuhai. Conclusion: Wuhai City implemented MCH work of the unified management and information sharing, the maternal and child business linkage between different systems and different institutions, providing strong support for maternal and child health information.
