互联网技术下医药物流新模式的管理架构设计

摘要

目的:打造医院资金流、物品流、信息流三流合一的新型医药购销模式.方法:以信息连接为通路,将现代医药物流信息化系统、自动化技术和管理方法延伸到医院需求科室,为医院提供专业化、个性化的信息管理解决方案.结果:运用自动上下线补货系统(HPD)、电子商务平台(B2B、B2C)、现代化仓储物流管理软件(LMIS),建立库存管理、采购、分发等面向医院的供应链系统,形成运行高效、成本低廉又能相互约束、相互控制的物流系统和制衡机制.结论:对医院所涉医疗及非医疗物资采购、库存管理、配送管理、供应商资质管理等全过程进行优化,使医院相关人员从采购、供应、仓储中解放出来,更好地做好临床医疗服务.%Objective:Build a hospital cash flow,goods flow,information flow,third-rate unity of new pharmaceutical sales model.Methods:Pathway for information connecting to modem medicine logistics information system,automation technology and management method extends to the demand of hospital departments,for hospital to provide professional,personalized information management solutions.Results:The use of automatic line up and down replenishment system (HPD),electronic commerce platform (B2B,B2C),modem warehousing logistics management software (LMIS),establish inventory management,procurement,distribution and supply chain software system in hospital,form a running efficiency,low cost and the logistics system of mutual constraint,mutual control and checks and balances.Conclusion:The hospital involved in medical and non-medical materials procurement,inventory management,distribution management,supplier quality management,such as process optimization,make the hospital personnel from the procurement,supply,storage,clinical medical service better.
