收集浙江省先天性心脏病患儿从孕前-孕中-产后的病例信息,形成一套快速转诊治疗策略.同时,以三级医疗机构为主体,通过区域网络平台的协同工作,以web服务为技术支撑,完成基于儿科先天性心脏病网络转诊平台的设计及其信息化建设.加快推进浙江省先天性心脏病网络协作单位的建设与布局,促进先心病治疗方案的创新发展,降低了婴幼儿的出生缺陷率,推进了先心病防控工作.%To collect the information of pre-pregnancy-pregnant-postpartum cases of children with congenital heart disease in Zhejiang Province and to form a strategy for rapid referral treatment.At the same time,take the tertiary medical institutions as main body,through the regional network platform to work together and web services for technical support,complete the design of platform and its information construction based on pediatric congenital heart disease network referral.It accelerates the construction and layout of the network collaboration unit of congenital heart disease in Zhejiang Province,promotes the innovation and development of congenital heart disease treatment plan,reduces the birth defects rate of infants and young children,and promotes the prevention and treatment of congenital heart disease.
