当前社会各界寄希望于以医疗卫生信息化为手段，提高医疗资源效率，降低成本，提升服务质量和安全政策共识。医疗信息化发展迅猛异常，然而趋势并非意味容易，医疗信息共享并非如初期预想那样顺水推舟、触手可及。面对临医疗业务复杂、利益相关者众多、信息化行动不统一等客观现实，不得不转变思维模式，探索以互操作性为技术支持，以有效共享为目标的实践路径。%The HIT adoption was reorganized by the government and society, it was used for improving the efficiency of medical service, reducing costs, and promoting the quality of health care. But the trend is not meaning easy, health information sharing is not easy because of the health information complexity and the stakeholder diversity. In spite of no one size for all, but it is necessary to have a method to guild to improve the health information exchange and use the information. So the roadmap of interoperability based on standard will show up by the HIT researchers.
