In order to achieve the remote alarm and control of medical gas machine room. This paper designed a alarm controller which based on GSM remote alarm and analog circuit, to complete the "air pressure down", "vacuum pressure high" and "power outage" alarm function and also the control function of the "reset" compressor in the machine room ,to ensure normal operation of computer room, realize the unattended.%医用气体机房保障医疗活动的正常进行，其中正负压气体系统维系患者的生命安全和医疗设备的正常运行。为实现医用气体机房的远程报警与控制，设计基于GSM网络的短信报警和远程控制装置，完成正负压气体机房“负压低”、“正压高”、“停电”报警功能和“压缩机重启”控制功能。保障气体机房的正常运行，实现其无人值守。
