Present a new smart design on the traditional medical ambulance based on internet of things and mobile computing, by using ODB (on board diagnostics) technology, the smart ambulance system can self-diagnosis and fault detection, monitor and record the ambulanceworking status under driving, identity the driver and medical staff by RFID device. The system alsocollect the patient's physiological data from medical instruments automatically and send to hospital by using 3G/4G networks,do the navigation and positioning of ambulanceby GPS, the system can realize video capture and wireless transmission by IP camera, then doctors can watch the video through Internet in hospital computer. Finally discuss the application scenarios and advantages of intelligent ambulance.%对现有的救护车进行智能化设计，基于物联网采集技术和移动计算，实现对救护车的故障自动检测、车辆行驶监控、车厢温度监控、胎压监控、驾驶员和随车医护人员的身份智能识别、车载医疗仪器的故障检测和数据采集、GPS车辆定位与导航、车内外视频的采集与传输。提出了智能型救护车的应用场景和优势。
