Objective: Efficient management and statistics of radiotherapy alone has been achieved by development and implement of the radiotherapy planning information management system. Method: the B/S structure, PHP programming language and MySQL database have been chosen and applied. Result: Currently, the system is running stably and it implements all demands made by clinical departments. Conclusion: The radiotherapy from entry to print the whole process of the standardization of electronic and convenient for planning a single query statistics, is no longer a traditional manual entry manual statistics, improve work efficiency, and leadership decision-making for the Department of radiotherapy provides information security and achieve the standardization and informatization of radiotherapy planning information management.%目的：通过开发并实施放射治疗计划管理信息系统，方便放疗计划单管理统计。方法：采用B/S架构，编程语言选择PHP，数据库选择MySQL开发。结果：满足临床科室提出的需求，目前系统运行稳定，部分修改需求正在稳步实施。结论：实现放疗计划单从录入到打印全流程的标准化电子化，方便计划单的查询统计，不再是传统的手工录入手工统计，提高了工作效率，并为领导决策提供了信息保障，促进放疗计划信息管理的规范化和信息化。
