Objective: Solve the problem of the risk of errors and efficiency on medical monitoring management caused by the traditional manual measurement. Methods: By introducing the wearable device to the medical monitoring management, it builds a dynamic real-time vital signs monitoring system and compared with the traditional method of measuring on the efficiency of input. Results: The input efficiency of wearable monitoring system is more efficient than traditional methods. Conclusion: The management model for medical monitoring introduced the wearable devices can achieve the dynamic real-time management of vital signs data, improve work efficiency of the medical staff and service quality of the hospital, so as to enhance the level of medical management quality in the hospital.%目的：解决传统手工测量给医疗监护管理带来的出错风险与效率问题。方法：通过在医疗监护管理中引入可穿戴设备，构建一个动态实时的生命体征监护系统，并在录入效率上与传统的测量方法比较。结果：引入可穿戴设备的监护系统在录入效率上要高于传统方法。结论：引入可穿戴设备的医疗监护管理模式能实现对生命体征数据的动态实时管理，提高了医护人员的工作效率和医院的服务质量，从而提升了医院的医疗质量管理水平。
