Mobile Internet applications have been developing rapidly in recent years, large hospitals have embarked on the construction of mobile medical. Current construction mode is divided into two kinds: one is to first build a unified mobile applications platform, then gradually developed;the other is scattered construction application. This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the two mode, and introduced our experience in mobile application construction.%近几年移动互联网应用得到了快速发展，大型医院都开始着手进行移动医疗的建设。目前的建设方案分为两种：一种是先建设统一的移动应用平台，再逐步开发应用；另一种是分散建设应用，看到合适的应用就先上线。讨论两种方法的优劣，并介绍了医院在移动应用建设中的经验。
