Objective: By capturing and analyzing the network traffic in hospital, gets the present status, and provides the evidence of optimizing and adjusting the internet. Methods: analysis of the network traffic statistics, finds out the tendency, at the same time, to research on the network performance and security based on the user behaviors. Results: it provides the basic method of network performance analysis. On the other hand, this method also can detect the virus and large scale intrusion. Conclusion:through tests, the network which has been optimized can run steady and safely, fulfils the requests of all internal users.%目的：通过对医院互联网流量采集与分析，得到当前网络运行情况，为优化调整互联网提供依据。方法：利用流量统计信息，得到流量变化趋势，同时，依据用户应用行为，对网络性能和安全性进行研究。结果：形成了网络性能分析的基本方法和步骤，另外也有助于发现网络病毒或其他大规模入侵行为。结论：经测试，优化后网络能够安全稳定运行，满足全院医护人员需求。
