Objective: Health information construction survey of 54 hospitals of the Armed Police Force reveals the informatization construction status of Armed Police Force hospital and analyzes the existing problems in personnel development, capital investment, overall planning, information system applications, and thus puts forward the corresponding solution. Methods: Questionnaires are issued to the information staff of the 54 hospitals. Result: Generally speaking, all levels of hospital information construction of the Armed Police Force are in a period of vigorous development, which lays an important foundation for the sustainable development of informatization, however, the application of hospital information system is uneven. Conclusion: The development of hospital personnel should be attached importance to, the capital input of the information construction should be increased, and the communication among hospitals should be strengthened.%目的：通过对武警部队54家医院卫生信息化建设情况进行调查，了解武警部队医院信息化建设状况，分析在人才建设、资金投入、统筹规划、信息系统应用等方面存在的问题，进而有针对性地提出相应的对策。方法：向54家医院的信息工作人员发放调查问卷。结果：从总体上讲，武警部队各级医院信息化建设正处于蓬勃发展时期，奠定了信息化可持续发展的重要基础，但是，医院信息系统的应用情况参差不齐。结论：重视医院信息人才建设，加大信息化建设的资金投入，加强医院间的沟通交流。
