目的：提高医疗质量，加强医疗安全，改善医疗救治流程，提升人性化服务水平及医疗效率。方法：基于物联网技术开发一套智能化数字病床信息系统。结果：实现基于IP的智能化呼叫通信，基于物联网技术的临床信息自动化采集，床头人性化病人服务，护理床头工作模块及医生床头工作模块。结论：数字化病床系统的应用实现了床边医疗与服务的全数字化管理，达到了信息的自动化采集，异常的智能化报警，医疗行为的规范化落实，服务的人性化提醒。%Objective:To improve the quality of medical care, strengthen medical safety, better medical treatment process and enhance humanized service level and medical efficiency. Methods: Develop a set of intelligent digital hospital bed information system based on internet of things. Result:Realize IP-based intelligent call communication, automatic clinical information acquisition based on internet of things, humanized bed service for patients and bedside work module for nurses and doctors respectively. Conclusion:The application of digital hospital bed system makes the fully digital management of bedside medical care and service come true and reaches automatic information acquisition, intelligent alarm for abnormality, standardized implementation of medical behavior and humanized reminding of service.
