Informatization plays a very important role in the hospital performance evaluation. In the absence of HIS source codes, by means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, on the basis of investigation on the hospital performance evaluation need, making secondary development to the hospital information system, the results will timely help clinical performance evaluation, and will provide important references for secondary development work of other hospitals' performance evaluation system.%信息化在医院绩效考核管理中发挥着非常重要的作用，研究基于无HIS信息系统源代码的条件下，借助调查问卷并结合实地考察的基础上，了解医院绩效考核需求，继而对医院信息系统进行二次开发，研究结果及时服务于临床的绩效考核工作，可为其它医院绩效考核系统的二次开发工作提供重要的参考借鉴意义。
