We investigate the industry recognition about literature search" and "information retrieval, which is based on the study of articles involved "literature search" or "information retrieval" from CBM., Wanfang Med N and the collection of books in Nanjing Library " Jiangsu Jiankang Vocational College Library 、Nanjing Medical University. We find people are prefer "medical literature search, but in recent years people pay more attention to medical information retrieval. There are some confusion about the "literature search" and "information retrieval". The "literature search" is more professional and scientific. We should reach a consensus on the use of 'literature search or information retrieval, and solve the current concept confusion. Only in this way, we can promote the development of library and information science, and information literacy education steady and orderly.%对中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方医学网文献,以及南京医科大学、江苏建康职业学院、南京图书馆藏书使用“文献检索”、“信息检索”概念的文献数量分析,探讨行业对“文献检索”、“信息检索”概念的认可度.发现“文献检索”概念认可度较高,但社会信息化背景下,“信息检索”概念认可度和使用率快速上升,目前存在着专业术语混用的现象.“文献检索”更具有专业性和科学性,仍然符合现代社会的发展.建议行业对专业术语进行统一规范,重新认识定义“文献检索”概念,解决目前概念混用的现象,促进图书馆情报学专业、信息素养教育健康有序发展.
