This article focuses on the connection project between the new rural cooperative medical information system of Jiangsu province and hospital information system via the web data exchange platform and system interface encompassing technical structure, data preparation and project implementation. On the one hand, it is convenient for department of new rural cooperative medical in hospital;on the other hand, local new rural cooperative medical office can control expenses effectively.%着重阐述了江苏省新型农村合作医疗管理系统与医院信息系统的连接方案，从技术框架、前期数据、项目实施等多方面进行说明。采用了Web数据交换平台与接口两种连接方式。两个系统成功连接之后一方面简化了医院新农合管理部门的工作流程，另一方面便于县级农合办对费用进行监控，更方便了参合人员的就医与费用即时结算报销。
