With the development of the medical information technology, the database of medical information system is being more and more complex , and the data of HIS, PACS, US, RIS, and various applications developed later is stored interlacedly in it. Nowadays, Chinese medical database is basically adopting Oracle or SQLServer.and Oracle is majority.This paper shows a method of database administration ,in order to summarize and share a structural scheme of database management and maintenance,and offer support and experience to later work.%随着医疗信息科学的发展,大型医院的医疗信息系统的数据库已经越来越庞大复杂,HIS、PACS、LIS、RIS及后期开发的各种应用程序的数据盘根错节的存放其中.目前,国内医疗数据库基本上采用Oracle和SQLServer,尤以Oracle居多.医院数据库日常管理方法旨在为广大医院信息化工作者总结和分享一个结构化医疗信息系统数据库管理与维护方案,为今后的工作提供经验和支持.
