通过在“和谐使命-2011”任务中对拉美四国医疗机构的参观访问学习,结合文献查阅和现场咨询等方式,对其医疗信息化建设现状有了初步的认识和了解.拉美四国医院信息化建设理念、热点等与我国有显著不同.“适度建设、以人为本、紧贴临床医疗服务、满足区域医疗数据交换”的建设目标,对今后医院信息化建设发展方向有所启示.%During the course of medical service in " Harmony Mission-2011 " task, the author visited several hospitals and medical schools in four countries of Latin America. Through these study tours, by means of literature and locale consulting, I have gained a preliminary understanding of the development status of various countries visited. There are quite some differences in the focus and foundation of informationlization initiatives of hospitals currently carried out in China. The author believes the development philosophy rooted in " properly-paced, people- oriented, close to the clinical services, meeting regional medical data exchange needs " will have positive implications forthe future informationlization development direction of our hospitals.
