In laboratory information system ( LIS ) ,the technical key of system implementation is collection and analysis of laboratoryrninstruments data under the condition of nonstandard communication protocol of laboratory instruments. In general, there are tworncommunication connection methods available in many hospital' s LIS. This paper analyses two different technical methods and makesrnthe compare with them.%在医院实验室信息系统(LIS)中,由于检验设备的通讯协议并未统一,如何实时采集检验设备的数据并正确展现,成为LIS实现过程中的技术关键.在检验设备的通讯连接方式上,出现了两种不同的技术实现方法.分析了目前存在于各大医院的两种通讯连接方式的技术思路,以及两种方式的优劣对比.
