Objective: to analyze the changa of the outpatients' number after the construction of digtalized outpatient unit and evaluate the result of the construction. Method: to structure an outpatients number model based on the outpatients' number in our hospital from1999- 2009 through the gradual multdimensional analysis method and to infer the outpatients' number one year after the construction of digitalized outpatient unit. Result: after the construction of digitalized outpatient unit, the actual outpatient' s number has reached or even surpassed what was inferred.Conclusion: the construction of digitalized outpatient unit in our hospital goes well and has positive influence on the number of outpatients.%目的:分析四川省妇幼保健院进行数字化门诊系统建设后门诊量的变化趋势,并评价建设效果.方法:依据医院1999年-2009年门诊量统计数据,采用多元逐步分析法构建门诊量模型,对医院进行数字化门诊系统建设后1年12个月份的门诊量进行科学预测,对比实际门诊量.结果:数字化门诊系统建设后,医院实际的总门诊量指标均达到或超过预测值范围.结论:医院的数字化门诊系统建设效果良好,医院业务稳步增长,对门诊量起正面影响.
