Room temperature and refrigerator temperature are major environmental parameters to ensure the quality of reagents and samples. We developed a temperature monitoring system based on DS18B20 temperature sensor and B/S software structure. It can achieve 24-hour temperature monitoring, control, recording and processing and an integrated management of refrigerator temperature and room temperature at different locations. This can ultimately improve the work efficiency and the level of automation of laboratory temperature monitoring.%室温、冰箱温度是实验室的主要环境参数,对保证试剂、标本的质量具有重要意义.开发基于DS18820温度传感器和B/S软件体系结构的温度监测系统,实现24小时不间断的温度监测、控制、记录和处理,实现不同地点众多冰箱温度和室温的统一管理,可提高实验室温度监控的工作效率和自动化程度.
