导师负责人制的建立及作用机制研究

         

摘要

Aimed at the problem of inconvenient information trans-mission between tutors, students and instructors, the low efifciency and special problem of the graduate work, this paper produced the tutor principal system, and then studied the establishment and running mechanism of the new system. This paper analyzed the running mechanism of tutor principal system, and then combined the real sample to explain its application. The real example can prove that, the tutor principal system can not only coordinate the relationship between tutors, instructors and students, but also raise the graduate working efifciency. This research has good theoretical value and practical signiifcance.%针对导师、研究生和辅导员之间信息传达不畅、研究生工作复杂特殊效率低的问题,提出导师负责人制并研究其建立及作用机制。详细分析导师负责人制的作用机制,并结合实例阐述导师负责人制的应用。实例证明,导师负责人制可以很好地协调导师、辅导员和研究生之间的关系,提升研究生工作效率,具有较好的理论价值和实践意义。
