依托微生物遗传育种学实验课程建设，在实验中采取开放的实验模式，以学生为主体，实施实验小组设计、组织实验、教师指导的实验教学模式，对提高学生综合素质和创新能力的培养及改变专业课教学模式具有重要意义。%Based on the Experimental Course Construction of Microbial genetics and breeding, open experiment mode was adopted in the experiments. Teaching mode was: taking the students as the main body, taking group to design and organize the experiment under the guidance of teachers. These are important for improving students’ comprehensive quality, cultivating the innovation ability of students and changing course teaching mode.
