This paper took the Skills Competition parts Ashtray as the carrier,Made 3D modeling of the ashtray with Creo. Analysised the machining process and made the process route. Using the proce-ssing strategy of Delcam company's CAM software PowerMILL completed the rough machining and ifnishing ashtray.%以技能大赛训练零件——烟灰缸作为载体,借助Creo软件对烟灰缸进行三维造型,分析加工过程,制定加工工艺路线,利用Delcam公司的CAM软件PowerMILL的加工策略完成烟灰缸的粗加工和精加工.
