通过对国内外航海教育相关专著文献的研读，以英国、美国在航海教育定位、课程设置以及海上实习方面与国内航海教育对比，发现其相似与不同之处，对比二者优势，提出在优化国内航运人才教育方式上相应的意见建议。%This article presents results from a literature review of Sino-foreign nautical education, such as comparisons between China and UK, the United States, to find the similarities and differences in the goal, curriculum setting and naval practice of nautical education, then puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions of improving nautical education and training.
