We analyses the current status and existing problems of application of proteomic analysis instrument to experimental teaching among undergraduate students. Combining with the experiences gained by the Central Lab of General Biology of Jilin University,it explores the application of proteomic analysis instrument which includes Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, near infrared laser imaging, time of flight mass spectrometer and X-ray single crystal diffract meter in experimental teaching for undergraduate students. It inspires experiment innovation consciousness of students, and improves the efficiency of sharing quality resources.%分析国内高校蛋白质组学分析仪器用于本科实验教学的现状及存在的主要问题,结合吉林大学国家级生物实验教学中心的教学实践,介绍双向凝胶电泳、红外激光成像、飞行时间质谱和X-射线单晶衍射仪等蛋白质组学相关仪器在本科实验教学中的应用,激发学生实验创新意识,提高优质资源的共享效率.
