对目前教育技术专业人才培养的现状进行分析，因为理论技术的不平衡性导致教育技术应用型人才质量的参差不齐，提出一些优化课程体系和人才结构、加强师资队伍建设的建议，希望能对教育技术专业人才的培养起到一定的作用。%This paper mainly analyses the educational technology professional training of the status in the present, and puts forward some suggestions about optimizing course system and talent structure, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff because of kinds of uneven factors, hoping to play a certain role on personnel training of educational technology.
