This article introduces the design principle, function and structure, technical agreement, data structure, management range, etc. of Interface software against the background of communication management system of smart grid which is researched and developed independently by NARI. It expounds the technical service of WebService and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several technical solution. It analyses comprehensively the details of Interface software.
