电厂三相电源提效改造方案效果解析

         

摘要

By taking electric precipitation efifciency-raising and reform scheme of #1、#2 generating set of Beibuwan Electric Power Co., Ltd, as an example, the paper presents the testing result after power supply reform of three-phase high efifciency and energy saving of new LYAVC-Ⅲ. Under the ful load and general lfue gas temperature, the equal value of exit emission of #1 generating set is 16.31mg/m3 and the precipitation efifciency meets 99.94%;the exit emission equal value of #2generatingsetis17.24mg/m3andtheprecipitationefifciencyis99.93%,thetwiceaverageoutputvoltageis>70kV, the exit emission reduces 84%on average, the increasing extent of single electric ifeld is 9.5%. Al capability targets comply with the reform requirement.%以北部湾发电有限公司#1、#2机组电除尘提效改造方案为例,介绍了LYAVC-Ⅲ新一代三相高效节能电源改造后的测试结果,在满负荷常规烟气温度状态下,#1机组出口排放均值16.31mg/m3,除尘效率99.94%;#2机组出口排放均值17.24mg/m3,除尘效率99.93%,二次平均输出电压>70kV,出口排放平均降幅84%,单电场提效幅度9.5%,各项性能指标均满足达标改造要求。
