The paper presents the certiifcation situations of oil-fume cleaning apparatus in China catering trade and de¬scribes and discusses the measures on test quality and quality control from the ifelds of prophase quality assurance, sam-pling quality control, laboratory analysis, data processing and inspection report etc.%认证检测是环保产品认证必不可少的一个环节，文章介绍了饮食业油烟净化设备在我国的认证情况，从产品的前期质量保证措施、采样中质控、实验室分析、数据处理和检验报告等环节对检测质量质控手段进行了说明和探讨。实践结果表明，为了保证检测结果的准确性，必须对产品检测的全过程进行质量控制。
