介绍了山钢莱芜分公司4#265m2烧结机应用石灰-石膏法脱硫工艺的技术特点及运行效果，通过一系列的技术措施，有效解决了“石膏雨”及系统腐蚀等问题，该工艺应用于烧结机脱硫，技术成熟，运行稳定，二氧化硫、氮氧化物及颗粒物均能达标排放。%The paper introduces the technical characteristics and operation effect of lime-gypsum process of desulfuriza-tion technology applied in 4#265m2 sintering machine of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. Through a series of technical measures, the “problems of gypsum rain” and system corrosion are effectively solved. This technology is used in the sintering machine desulfurization, the technology is mature and the operation is stable. Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides as wel as particulate matters can comply with the emission standards.
