目的：探讨创伤后肘关节僵硬的手术治疗效果。方法选自2013年1月—2013年10月进入到该院进行治疗的创伤后肘关节僵硬手术患者51例，对这51例患者采用肘关节松解术进行治疗，观察患者术后治疗效果。结果在手术后，51例患者术后临床治疗有效率为98.1%。手术前良好率15.7%，手术后良好率47.1%，患者肘关节的弯曲和伸展程度明显的大于手术之前，患者手术前手术后良好率、临床治疗有效率以及患者的肘关节的弯曲和伸展程度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用肘关节松解术进行创伤后肘关节僵硬的手术治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。%Objective To investigate the treatment effect of surgical treatment for posttraumatic elbow stiffness. Methods 51 cases of patients with posttraumatic elbow stiffness treated in our hospital from January, 2013 to October, 2013 were selected, and treat-ed with elbow arthrolysis. The postoperative treatment effect of the patients was observed. Results After the surgery, the clinical ef-fective rate of the 51 patients was 98.1%. The good rate was 15.7% before the operation, and that after the operation was 47.1%;the bending and stretching extent of the elbow was significantly bigger than that before the operation. The differences in the good rate, clinical effective rate and bending and stretching extent of the elbows of the patients before and after the operation were sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of the elbow arthrolysis for posttraumatic elbow stiffness is remark-able, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
