目的：分析腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床应用。方法该院2012年1月1日—2014年1月31日间子宫肌瘤剔除术患者98例，其中49例患者是从123例做腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者中随机选取的，为观察组；49例患者是从97例做经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者中随机选取的，为对照组。对两组患者的手术时间，手术时的出血量，术后的不良反应，伤口愈合程度和住院时间对比。结果观察组手术时间(93.56±7.52)min、术中平均出血量(104.37±10.24)mL、术后不良反应5例、伤口甲级愈合度为77.55%。对照组手术时间(108.54±9.47)min、术中平均出血量(129.45±13.35)mL、术后不良反应30例、伤口甲级愈合度为57.14%。均明显好于照组(P<0.05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术在子宫肌瘤剔除术中相对安全，有效，值得在临床上推广。%Objective To analyze the clinical application of laparoscopic myomectomy and transabdominal myomectomy. Methods 98 patients with myomectomy admitted in our hospital from January 1, 2012 to January 31, 2014 were selected, of whom, 49 pa-tients in the observation group were randomly selected from the 123 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy, and 49 pa-tients in the control group were randomly selected from 97 patients underwent transabdominal myomectomy. The operation time, bleeding volume during operation, postoperative adverse reactions, wound healing and hospitalization time of two groups of patients were compared. Results In the observation group, the operation time was (93.56±7.52) min, the average introperative bleeding vol-ume was (104.37±10.24) mL, the number of patients with postoperative adverse reactions was 5 cases, the wound healing rate of grade A was 77.55%, and in the control group, that was (108.54±9.47) min, (129.45±13.35) mL, 30 cases, 57.14%, respectively, the status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic my-omectomy in uterine myomectomy is relatively safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
