Objective To observe the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, for accumulating clinical exPerience and directing the clinical work.Methods We analyzed the clinical, pathological and immunohistochemistry characteristics in 47 Patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Results 35 cases(74.47%) were found in gastric. The positive rate of CD117 was 80.85%. The Positive rate of CD34 was 70.12%.The positive rate of CD34 and CD117 was 44.68%.Conclusions Gastrointestinal stromal tumors are most common in gastric.The immunohistochemistry of CD34 and CD117 are value to diagnose the gastrointestinal stromal tumors.%目的 观察胃肠道间质瘤的临床及病理特点,以积累临床经验,指导临床工作.方法 回顾性分析47例胃肠道间质瘤患者的资料,从临床特征、病理特征及免疫组化表达的角度进行探讨.结果 本组中35例发生在胃,占74.47%;CD117阳性率为80.85%,CD34阳性率为70.21%;CD34和CD117均阳性占44.68%.结论 胃肠道间质瘤以胃最为常见,免疫组化检测CD34与CD117对诊断具有重要价值.
