目的 比较缓压式与锁止式附着体义齿的咀嚼效能.方法 2组各38例下颌Kennedy Ⅱ类缺损患者行ASC-52缓压式和MK-Ⅰ锁止式附着体义齿修复,并在1个月、3个月后采用吸光度法测试其咀嚼效能,并进行比较,作配对 t检验.结果 1个月后缓压式义齿的均值为0.751,3个月后为0.811;锁止式义齿的均值为0.911,3个月后为为0.983.比较结果差异有显著性意义( P<0.01).结论 在下颌游离缺损修复中,MK-Ⅰ锁止式附着体义齿的咀嚼效能高于ASC-52缓压式.%Objectives To compare the masticatory eficiency between ASC-52 and MK-Ⅰattachment dentures.Methods Each 38 mandibular distal-extension cases were enrolled in this study to measure the masticatory efficiency after repair with ASC-52 and MK-Ⅰattachment dentures for one month and three month.The result was compared with paired-samples t test.Results There was significant diference on masticatory eficiency in the two kinds of dentures(P<0.01).Conclusion The masticatory eficiency of the patients wearing MK-Ⅰattachment denture is much better than that of ASC-52 dentures.
