林业资源是脆弱且不可再生的，其中对林业资源威胁最大的就是森林火灾。为科学有效地保护好区内有限的林业资源，当前亟需建立一套标准化、信息化、专业化的森林防火体系来不断增强林区火灾防控管理。以九寨沟国家级自然保护区为例子，从多个角度和立场进行分析，列出一套合理的全面的森林防火体系建设发展策略。%forestry resources are fragile and non-renewable, which pose the greatest threat to forest resources is forest fires. Scientific areas to effectively protect the limited forest resources, is urgently needed to establish a standardized, information, and professional forest fire prevention system to continuously enhance the prevention and control of forest fire management. In this paper, Jiuzhaigou National Nature Reserve as an example to be analyzed from various angles and positions, listed a reasonable comprehensive forest fire prevention system construction and development strategy.
