基于岗位能力构建课程体系的课堂教学模式研究--以会计专业为例

         

摘要

包括会计专业意识、学习能力、抗压能力在内的素质培养,则可以贯穿于课堂教学模式之中。通过分析和讨论,会计课堂教学模式的优化途径可围绕着跟踪调研本校学生会计岗位的特征、完备课堂教学所需的课程体系建设、解决教学短板为出发点的新旧交融、建立由专任教师担纲的教改与实践、多元途径下持续获取岗位能力信息等几个方面来构建。%Including the accounting professional awareness, learning ability, compressive ability and other quality training, can be run through the classroom teaching mode. Through the analysis and discussion, the optimization approach of accounting teaching model can be constructed in the following aspects:research on the accounting post characteristics of the students in our school, improving the course system construction of classroom teaching, solving the teaching short board as the starting point of the old and new blend, establishing by the reform and practice of full-time teachers featuring, and under the multi way to continue to gain position ability information.
