运用区位商理论，基于2006—2013年中国林业统计年鉴和2014年黑龙江森工企业产值统计数据，计算得出停伐前黑龙江森工林区的林业主导产业是经济林产品种植与采集业和木质家具业。经过数据分析，发现龙江森工的第三产业近年来发展迅速，在三次产业中所占比重不断上升，这符合当前全面停伐的实际。最终通过区位商比较选出第一产业中的经济林产品与采集业和第三产业的林业旅游与休闲服务业作为黑龙江森工林区未来发展的主导产业。%This paper use the location quotient theory, based on the statistical data of China forestry statistical yearbook in 2006-2013 and Heilongjiang forestry industry output value in 2014, can be calculated before the stop cutting of Heilongjiang forest forestry leading industry is the economic forest products planting and gathering industry and wooden furniture industry. After data analysis, we found that the Heilongjiang forestry third industry developed rapidly in recent years, and rising proportion of the three major industries, this is in line with the current total shutdown of the actual. The location quotient of selected leading industries in the future development of Heilongjiang forest are economic forest products in the first industry and forestry tourism and leisure services in the third industry.
