This paper does grey correlation analysis between Chinese furniture exports and total exports, then applies a optimization of GM(1,1) model to predict the export of a part of furniture products. The results show that the correlation degree is very high between the amount of exports of height adjustable rotating seats,metal frame with padded seats, metal furniture, plastic furniture as well as wooden frame with padded seats and total export volumes, all reach 0.9 or more. The correlation degree between aircraft seats,stone seats,the furniture or seats of rattan, wicker and bamboo, the dual-purpose chair and total export volumes is relatively low. Finally the export structure can be optimized through adjusting the export structure of wooden furniture, increasing the technology investment and innovation strength to improve China furniture competitiveness in international market.%对中国各类家具出口额与总出口额进行灰色关联分析，并应用优化的GM（1，1）模型对部分家具产品的出口额进行预测，结果表明：可调高度的转动坐具、带软垫的金属框架坐具、金属家具、塑料家具以及带软垫的木制框架坐具的出口额与总出口额的关联度非常高，均达到0.9以上；飞机用坐具、石制坐具、藤、柳条、竹及类似材料制的家具或坐具以及能做床用的两用椅的出口额与总出口额的关联度较低。针对上述情况，提出了通过调整家具产品的出口比例、结构，增加技术投入、加大创新力度等措施优化家具产品的出口结构，增强中国家具在国际市场上的竞争力。
