利用实地调研数据，运用二元Logistic模型分析云南省国有林场管理人员森林认证的参与意愿，找出影响其认证意愿的重要因素。研究发现，国有林场性质、商品林的比例、管理人员的年龄、工作年限、受教育年限、专业背景、对林场的的效益的定位、是否愿意购买认证产品、对国有林场可持续性的认知、林场可持续经营的障碍等是显著影响云南省国有林场管理人员森林认证参与愿意的因素。在研究结论的基础上，提出增加国有林场管理人员参与意愿的政策建议。%Using field survey data, it applied Logistic model to analyze willingness to participate forest certification of administrative staff in state-owned forest farms in Yunnan province. It aims to find out what factors are important for administrative staff in state-owned forest farms in Yunnan province when deciding whether apply forest certification. Research results show that the type of state owned forest farm, ratio of commercial forest, age, working years, education years, major, cognition to benefits of forest farms, willingness to certified products, cognition to sustainability and obstacles of state-owned forest farm are significant important factor influence the willingness to participate forest certification of administrative staff in state-owned forest farms in Yunnan province. Finally, it puts forward some measurements to enhance the willingness of administrative staff in state-owned forest farms to adopt forest certification based research results.
