我国农林复合经营的特色主要体现在：国家主导与农户深度参与的方式、小农户生产方式处于主体地位、实践中越来越重视其生态服务功能和文化传承作用；其发展中面临的问题主要有：技术支撑不足、小农户面向大市场所表现的能力不足、经济效益与生态效益冲突、生态补偿机制尚未建立以及没有建立起有效的管理体制。针对存在的问题，提出了相应的政策建议。%The characteristics of agroforestry in China are as follow: the model of state steering and the peasant household deeply participating, the dominant position of small-scale farming, the function of ecological service and cultural inheritance has being paid more attention to in practice. The problems with the development of agroforestry include: the scarce technical support, the scarce capacity of the small farmers as they have been faced with the broad market, the conflict of the economic benefit and ecological benefit, the non-establishment of a mechanism for ecological compensation and an effective management system. To these problems, some policy proposals have been suggested.
