They play their own advantages and achieve the formation of “venture capital + banks + government reveal all the details”, which is applied to support the entrepreneurial innovation. Finally, according to the model conclusion, under other conditions remain unchanged, if the amount of financial institutions’short-term loans and the total amount of venture capital investment increase 100 million yuan, R &D funding input intensity, the intensity of innovation capital input, will rise 2.03 percent, as well as views and suggestions will be put forward combined with the policy .
